Chain Jobs with Outstanding Customer Service
If you're looking for chain jobs, you may want to consider applying to one of the companies that are being recognized for outstanding customer service.
The National Retail Federation Foundation and American Express recently released the sixth annual Customers' Choice survey, which found that Zappos.com is tops when it comes to customer service. The good thing about all companies included on the list is that they have business office jobs (Click here) in most major cities and are often hiring.
The survey included opinions from more than 9,200 shoppers, who were asked, "Thinking of all the different retail formats (store, catalog, Internet, or home shopping), which retailer delivers the best customer service?"
The top 10 companies for customer service include:
- Zappos.com
- Amazon.com
- LL Bean
- Overstock.com
- Lands’ End
- JC Penney
- Kohl’s
- QVC
- Nordstrom
- Newegg
"In a time when many retailers are competing on price, customer service becomes an outstanding way to stand out in the eyes of the consumer," Kathy Mance, executive director of the NRF Foundation, said in a statement. "These retailers have done a great job of distinguishing themselves from their competition."
The survey, which was conducted by BIGresearch, compared consumer survey responses to each retailer's 2009 revenues in order to develop fair rankings that do not account for a retailer's size or geographic coverage.
